The staff communication updates, professionalism and friendliness were good. The owner does an outstanding job as he manages and drives the shop. The front office has always been customer focused. Always some improvement in every business. This business constantly continues to go above and beyond. A power house to the industry. |

| The technicians at Airport Exxon are AMAZING! I had a flat on the side of the road in my new car and Pete and his team were able to plug my tire so I could drive the same day, then they took care of contacting my warranty department to get me in a new tire within a few days. The technicians are very knowledgeable, kind, and got me back on the road in no time. The shop is located in a busy area so if you have to wait for repairs, there?s plenty of shopping and food options within walking distance to keep you busy until your car is ready. All the techs are certified, thoroughly trained and professional. I was recommended to Airport Exxon by my mother who had been going there for years and now I see why! Great place!! |

| The professionalism and knowledge was on point. The turn over to complete service itself was done well, and the staff was courteous. The follow-up after the service was a miss until I asked about certain explanations. I had a concern that required additional communication. Better follow-up and customer communication would have made this a 5-star experience much better. Overall, I appreciate the quality of the work and improve their post-service support. A 5-star is still deserving based on the care shown for a misunderstanding. A good place to good for good auto service. |
